Apartment for Rent X is a community based website for students, employees and family. Our aim is to provide a directory for the community in finding the right property or a place to stay for them. We are open to accept realtor, property owner, landlord, landlady, real estate agent and house caretaker to publish their property in our website. Just to connect them to our beloved visitors. Our guest would usually be looking for a place or property to stay at, depending on their needs and budget. We publish any kind of property from house, apartment, dormitory, condominium, bedspace and room for rent.

The team and who we are

We are a team of freelancers based in Hong Kong and founded the idea to build this website. But, we have staffs in the Philippines who shares the same passion to build this website for you. We dedicate our spare time to improve the site and collaborate new ideas to provide an outstanding service and benefit to our audience.

Our goal

With your support, we would like to create an all in one solution. Especially, for property owners, realtors, real estate agents and build a bridge to showcase what they have to offer. Connect them to buyers and renters which would serve as a guide and find the right property for them.

Adding for rent properties on our list is free of charge. While for sale properties and business estates are premium feature and can be paid via PayPal. All you need to do is create an account from our site and follow the procedure. Registration is open for all: Renter, Property Owner or Real Estate Agent. This is to filter out spammers and bots. But, as much as possible. We want all our property listing to be as completely equipped with details. So, that every potential tenants and buyers would like to know is already given. This lessen the unnecessary questions from prospects when they contact you. We also provide an easy to follow location or address guide, gps map on each property. Just in case our guest would like to do an ocular inspection of the property. We understand that all of us needs to be sure of our safety and convenience. So viewing the place first hand is essential to most of us, before moving.
